| Rental Process
The process to rent one of the vacation homes is simple. Follow the steps below and you will be on your way to one of the most relaxing vacations you’ve ever had in sunny Florida.
- Review the appropriate Availability Calendar located on the Rates page for either Falling Waters, Forest Glen or Verona Walk. It is updated daily.
- Submit the information on the e-mail Inquiry page. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have. E-mail questions receive answer same day!
- I will answer any questions that you have and send you an e-mail confirmation confirming availability.
- Complete all of the required forms noted on the Forms page. Fax or send by mail along with a 30% booking deposit.
- Upon receipt of the 30% booking deposit, I will permanently reserve your rental period and the unit that you selected.
- As stated in the rental agreement, the balance of payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of your stay.
